FAST Academy
Welcome to the Fitness and Sports Training Academy of Salinas High School. This academy is a California Partnership Academy that focuses on sports training, fitness, physical therapy, and preventative health fields. Students who join our academy form FAST friendships, as they travel together, experiencing the same exciting field trips and guest speakers. We will be sports trainers, fitness instructors, nurses, doctors, paramedics, fire fighters, coaches, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nutritionists, and chefs. We kayak in Elkhorn Slough; tour college and university campuses; rock climb at the YMCA, and go on many other adventures. If this sounds fun and exciting to you, please check out our other pages.
