MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Greetings to all new and returning students to North Salinas High School, Home of the Vikings!
The faculty and staff of North Salinas High School are here to provide all students with a wide range of opportunities -- academic, artistic, vocational, and athletic. We are committed to a philosophy that all students can succeed given a rigorous curriculum, excellent instruction, individualized support, and positive encouragement.
I challenge each of you, students of the classes of 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, to participate in as many challenging classes, clubs, sports, and extracurricular activities as possible. You may not think so now, but I promise you that, when you look back on your high school years as a mature adult, some of your best memories will be of the classes, clubs, sports, and activities you were involved in during high school. Through participation in these activities, you will learn and develop many valuable life skills.
